ITR - Hemp Subject from Leila Canada for InTouchRadio.net

Hi:
I made a trip to a small town in Dauphin Manitoba in Canada last summer where my father grew up. Most of the young people move out as fast as they can to the larger cities because as you know farming is a hard life and our government does not pay farmers what they deserve.
I was suprised last year to find out that this small town, population of less than 8,000 people is being used as a pilot project for a hemp company started in 2003 that is slated to be the largest in Canada and is encouraging other farmers all across Canada to promoted this great crop. It was begun by a group of farmers in 1999.
I am sending the link if anyone is interested what is going on in Canada toward hemp. As well as hemp canola crops are dotting the praries as well.
