Hi Michael,

I have just read both your letters, I've been reading what this fellow is writing in his book "Energy Victory" by Robert Zurbin.

Here is what I understand from his writings:

Brazil is no longer dependant on importing any fuel.Since the Mid~1980's they have been only driving "Flex Fueled cars".

Now they only export oil to us and others.

A "Flex Fuel Car"can run on Ethanol, Methanol or Biofuels.
(But can also run on gas)

And only cost One Hundred Dollars to make!

So what does this mean? Glad you asked!

If they pass a man date that all cars must be flex fuel cars then the fuel station will start appearing, but not until.

~Alcohol burns cleaner than Gas,causing les pollution.

~Alcohol fuels are less toxic than gasoline.

~Ethanol is edible.

~Methanol,while is not edible is present in fresh fruit.

~Unlike gas,neither Ethanol nor Methanol are carcinogenic.

~Both Ethanol and Methanol are soluble in water and Biodegradable! (No permanent consequences of tanker accidents or major spills.)

~Alcohol fuel act counter to global warming because:

~Methanol from trash or otherwise flared natural gas has no net CO2.

~Fuel from planet material draws its CO2 from the atmosphere.

~Plants cool down the earth by evaporation of water through leaves.

~The heat of vaporizations then transported to the stratosphere, where it is mostly lost to space.

~To fight Global Warming promote agriculture.

~Shift to alcohol based fuels.

Do you remember Electric Cars that still are in existance?

Lets start putting up solar pannels everywhere,on Building,Cars any where we are not growing Food or nothing would grow anyway~Now get this law to pass with incentives and Government funding.

Either or Both!~But NO MORE OIL!!!
