As we get ever closer to Sunrise at The Big Chill, some people who are feeling a bit bemused.

They say they really want to join us there... but the deadline to swap tickets has passed. Some even say they got refunds by mistake. Or they didn't realise what was on offer. This is especially true for those who haven’t got – or don’t often use - email. Believe it or not, there are still such folk.
